Aqua Glow Enterprises is the seller of record for orders placed on aquaglow.co.in. We currently ship within India to serviceable postal codes.
Charges and dispatch
Prepaid shipping is Rs. 80 per started kilogram of total packed order weight, up to 20 kg. Up to 1 kg costs Rs. 80, over 1 kg up to 2 kg costs Rs. 160, and up to 20 kg costs Rs. 1,600. A minimum product subtotal of Rs. 1,000 before shipping and discounts is required. Orders above 20 kg require a bulk-supply enquiry. Delivery is subject to PIN-code serviceability. Orders are processed after payment confirmation and order acceptance. Dispatch and tracking details will be sent using the contact details provided with the order.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery date shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control. Address changes can be requested only before dispatch and may not always be possible.
Delivery issues
Please inspect the parcel on arrival. Report a damaged, leaking, tampered, missing, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery to aquaglowenterprises@outlook.com or 7733956555, quoting the order number and providing clear photographs or video where reasonably available. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an eligible replacement, return, or refund. Do not accept a visibly tampered parcel where refusal is reasonably possible.
