You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting aquaglowenterprises@outlook.com or 7733956555 with your order number. A cancellation is effective only after confirmation from Aqua Glow Enterprises.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, it may be handled under the Returns Policy after delivery.
Aqua Glow Enterprises may cancel an order before dispatch because of unavailable stock, an incorrect price or product listing, an invalid or unserviceable address, payment failure, suspected fraud or abuse, or another operational or legal reason. Any amount captured for a cancelled prepaid order will be refunded to the original payment method.
