Eligible returns
A change-of-mind return may be requested within 7 days of delivery only when the product is unopened, unused, undamaged, has its original tamper seal intact, and is returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice. Opened or used consumable products cannot be returned for change of mind.
Damaged or incorrect items
A damaged, leaking, defective, missing, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear supporting photographs or video where reasonably available. This reporting period does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Return process
Contact aquaglowenterprises@outlook.com or 7733956555 before sending anything back. Returns require approval and return instructions. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer bears the return shipping cost and transit risk. Where Aqua Glow Enterprises supplied a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
Inspection
Returned items are inspected before replacement or refund approval. A return may be declined or reduced if the item is used, opened, damaged after delivery, incomplete, or otherwise outside these conditions, except where applicable law requires a remedy.
